RECRUITMENT COMMITTEE
This committee supports potential and current volunteers by providing resources that ensure a meaningful and impactful volunteer experience. The Recruitment Committee fosters connections through the Higher Education Network and accessions programs to reach new members and enhance engagement. Additionally, the committee collaborates with Corps Chiefs to attract individuals interested in executive medicine, strengthening engagement across the organization.
ENGAGEMENT COMMITTEE
Advancing NRAC's goals by maintaining active communication with members and Regents through the council's website, newsletter, LinkedIn, and event marketing. These efforts highlight member accomplishments and activities while supporting NRAC’s initiatives. The committee also facilitates networking events and develops an engagement plan to align with NRAC and ACHE priorities, fostering collaboration among leaders, committees, and council's.
ADVANCEMENT COMMITTEE
Supports NRAC's members in preparation for the Board of Governors’ exam (BOG) with an 11-week virtual study session. Additionally, this committee provides supplemental materials, such as group discussion with active and current Fellows, recorded study sessions, study materials, and one self-reported ACHE education credit per online session attended. These resources are designed to enhance members’ success and confidence in taking the BOG exam.
