The ACHE Navy Regent is now accepting applications for the position of Lewis E.Angelo Professional Symposium (LEAPS) Chair.

For nearly 50 years, LEAPS has served as a cornerstone of professional development,

mentorship, and leadership engagement within our community. This is a unique

opportunity to lead a legacy program and directly shape the experience of participants

at ACHE Congress.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute LEAPS (in-person or virtual) in alignment with ACHE Congress

• Lead and manage the LEAPS team

• Coordinate with Flag and General Officers on presentations

• Organize and execute mentorship sessions

• Oversee the High Reliability Organization (HRO) Competition

Qualifications:

• O4 or O5

• Demonstrated planning and leadership experience

• Active ACHE Member

• Previous LEAPS Committee Experience
