Greetings Navy Healthcare Leaders,
On behalf of CDR Atterbury, your ACHE Navy Regent, this correspondence aims to maximize awareness of the 2026 ACHE Congress Attendee Data Call, recently released by the Corps Chiefs Office. Participation in the ACHE Congress represents more than professional development, it is an investment in leadership growth, organizational excellence, and the future of Navy Medicine. Engagement in professional organizations such as ACHE has been shown to enhance workforce commitment, retention, and performance across all levels. Your support in disseminating this information across your respective networks, including Navy members assigned outside BSO-18 commands, is greatly appreciated.

🎯 Attendee Prioritization
When selecting attendees, commands should focus on mission impact and professional growth. Priority consideration goes to those who:
✅ Serve in leadership roles within the NRAC or LEAPS Committees
✅ Are pursuing or hold the FACHE credential
✅ Represent diverse Corps — including officers, enlisted leaders, and commissioning candidates
By encouraging broad participation across all professional levels and disciplines, Navy Medicine continues to lead through innovation, collaboration, and operational readiness.
